My paintings are born from an aesthetic hunger for diversity — a restless pull toward new forms, colors, and expressions. Acrylic is my chosen companion; its quick-drying nature keeps pace with my spontaneous rhythm, letting instinct flow uninterrupted onto canvas.
I love the tooth and bounce of stretched canvas — that subtle resistance that invites dialogue between hand and surface. Rather than lean on subject models or photographs, I trust the unconscious mind, a vast reservoir of symbols quietly waiting to be discovered.
To me, a painting is a living entity — one that enriches both its maker and its witness. The artist grows through the creative journey; the viewer is awakened by fresh stimuli that spark new ideations. In this exchange, a painting becomes more than an object on a wall — it becomes a dynamic invitation to participate.
Just as my art embraces variety, so does my writing. I move freely between genres and topics, guided by curiosity rather than convention.
My academic roots in psychology shape much of what I explore — particularly the ever-shifting human social condition. Several of my books imagine the future of technology and its ripple effects on the way we live, love, and relate. Others reflect my clinical experience, grounded in decades of observing the subtleties of human behavior.
